Vivek Mathew (Bangalore, 1982)
A practicing professional photographer based in Bangalore, Vivek Mathew is fast making a mark in the world of Fine Art photography.
Armed with a diploma obtained in 2004 from one of Asia's premier art institutes, The Light & Life Academy at Ooty (India) where he honed his skills in fine art, people, travel, documentary and nature photography, Vivek had his first solo exhibition in Bangalore in October 2005.
His Fine Art collection speaks for his ability to draw out the beauty of our ordinary surroundings. His penchant for brooding images of light and shade highlight the exalted beauty of mundane things.
In his short career as a photo artist, Vivek's photographs have made it to the pages of various prestigious magazines and publications such as The Times Journal Of Photography and India Today.
