Ramona Singh (Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India)
Ramona Singh is a New Delhi based photographer, artist and graphic designer. Her primary love is photography. She has travelled widely in India, Europe and elsewhere, capturing people and places. From a view of the Musee D'Orsay in Paris to the Pine trees of Simla (where she grew up), Ramona is varied in her subjects and experimental in her style. Her work is characterized by a strong sense of light and shade, colour and a deep sense of the moment. She has also done commerical photography for clients like Shades of India and the Bistro chain of restaurants.
As an artist, Ramona has done work for private collections. Her oil canvasses have also been permanantly placed at Chail Palace. As a graphic designer, Ramona had designed books, brochures, web portals and television graphics for a wide variety of companies and institutions including Pepsi, Nescafe, Chandigarh Tourism, TV Today Network and Chinmaya Mission.
Ramona has a degree in fine arts from the College of Arts, Chandigarh. She has also gained critical skills through her regular interactions with leading photographers and artists.
